By this email, we would like to inform you officially the prizes that you have won, the sponsors’ terms and conditions and details that are required of you by the sponsors. In addition, we would like to invite you to the Grand Prize Giving Ceremony to be held on the 28th of March 2010 starting at 8.00 pm at Sime Darby Convention Centre (SDCC), Bukit Kiara.

The prizes

You have won the following:-

1. Free Celcom Blackberry 8250 Gemini phone. Sponsor’s terms and conditions apply.

Sponsor’s terms and conditions:-

(i). If you are an existing Celcom postpaid customer, your account will be tagged with an additional 12 months contract. No signup of any extra line required.

(ii). If you are not an existing Celcom postpaid customer, you need to sign up a new Celcom postpaid line with a 12 months contract. You can pick a new number or port your existing handphone number to Celcom.

(iii). You can also nominate another person to claim the prize, provided that the person will register a new Celcom line (new) or is an existing customer (where Celcom will tag on the 12 months contract).

The registration of Celcom lines to winners and those nominated by the winners will be carried out at the Grand Prize Event at SDCC. Those not able to attend will be informed of the venue and period for collection later, pending Winners’ notifications and confirmation to us by Celcom.

Winners also have the option NOT to take up the prize.

Meanwhile, for the purpose of quantifying how many would claim the phone, we would require the following from you:

1. Whether you would like to take up the Celcom Blackberry 8250 Gemini phone. Yes/No.

Handphone number (pls state if the handphone number is different from the one submitted in your Blog4FT registration): Full Name and IC of the person claiming the prize (winner or nominee)

2. Celcom broadband stick with 1 month free usage.

The winner will have to register at the Grand Prize Event at SDCC and will be given a free broadband stick and a FREE 1-month subscription (you are not obliged to register for any more than 1-month subscription). Thereafter you will keep the broadband stick and have the option to continue subscribing to Celcom broadband.

Tapi ada sedikit masalah. Aku pernah guna line Celcom dan kena sekat kerana tidak bayar bil (cerita dulu). Mahal juga untuk bayar. Mana aku mahu cari duit untuk bayar? Berbaloi atau tidak hanya kerana sebuah telefon Blackberry dan modem broadband?

Itulah, dulu sesedap rasa tanpa berfikir. Sekarang, ada perkara baik berlaku, benda lama jadi penghalang. Naya!
